Measurely Privacy Policy

Measurely respects your privacy. Measurely is designed to allow you to track body measurements, progress photos, goals, and related information while keeping your personal data under your control.

Information Stored by Measurely

Measurely may store information that you choose to enter or create within the app, including:

• Body measurements and measurement history
• Weight and other body-related tracking information
• Personal goals
• Notes associated with your entries
• Progress photos
• Dates associated with measurements and photos
• App preferences and settings

This information is used solely to provide Measurely's features.

Data Storage

Measurely stores your measurements, progress photos, goals, notes, and other tracking information locally on your device.

Measurely does not require you to create an account to use the app.

Measurely does not operate a server that receives or stores your body measurements, progress photos, or other tracking information.

Like other data stored on your iPhone, Measurely's locally stored data may be included in your device's iCloud Backup if iCloud Backup is enabled for your device. This backup is managed by Apple as part of your iPhone backup and is not uploaded to or accessible by Measurely.

Measurely also provides a manual backup feature. If you create a Measurely backup, you choose where that backup file is saved or shared. The backup may contain your measurements, notes, goals, dates, and progress photos.

Data Collection and Tracking

Measurely does not sell your personal information.

Measurely does not use your personal information for advertising.

Measurely does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Measurely does not use third-party advertising services.

Progress Photos

Progress photos you add to Measurely are used to provide the app's photo-tracking features.

Measurely does not upload your progress photos to a Measurely-operated server.

Photos remain under your control and may be removed through the app.

Face ID and Touch ID

Measurely may allow you to protect access to the app using Face ID, Touch ID, or other authentication features provided by your Apple device.

Biometric authentication is handled by Apple's operating system. Measurely does not receive, collect, or store your Face ID or Touch ID biometric data.

Purchases

Measurely is free to download with a 30-day full-feature trial. A $5.99 one-time in-app purchase through Apple's App Store provides permanent access after the trial. Measurely does not offer a recurring subscription.

Purchases and payment information are processed by Apple. Measurely does not receive or store your full payment card or banking information.

Measurely may receive information from Apple's StoreKit system indicating whether you are entitled to purchased features.

App-Managed Free Trial

The 30-day trial is managed by Measurely. It is not an App Store subscription trial, does not renew, and does not charge you automatically.

Measurely may store information on your device necessary to determine when your free trial began and whether the trial remains active.

This information is used only to manage access to the app's trial and purchased features.

Children's Privacy

Measurely is not specifically directed toward children, and Measurely does not knowingly collect personal information from children through a Measurely-operated server.

Data Deletion

Measurely provides a reset feature that allows you to delete app data stored by Measurely on your device.

Deleting the app may also remove locally stored app data. Information stored separately in backups or other locations you control must be deleted from those locations separately.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if Measurely's features or data practices change. Any updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Support and Feedback

If you email Measurely, the message and any details you choose to include are sent through email services so we can respond. This is separate from the app’s local measurement and photo storage. Please avoid sending private measurements or progress photos when requesting help.

Planned Features

Apple Health integration and CSV data export are planned features and are not currently available. This policy describes the current app; it will be updated if future features change how information is handled.
